Any of the notes for the number of min people for a trip are for single trips (not Combo Price), the paintball always requires a min of 4 people, so the duo prices are for a min of 4 people.

Add White Water Rafting

We have a few different trips available depending on how long you want to go and how extreme you like your rafting.

Tongariro White Water - Grade 3

2 to 2 1/2 hour rafting trip down the grade 3 section of the Tongariro. This trip runs twice a day at 9am or 2pm in the summer months and at 12pm in the winter months. We cover 12km, drop 250m and go down approximately 60 rapids. min age 10years old.

Tongariro White Water - Grade 2

The most fun filled grade 2 section you will find, with plenty of rapids for ages 3 years and up. Perfect for the adventurous family and those wanting something a little tamer then the grade 3 white water trip. Our trips leave at 10.30am and 3.30pm during the summer months and 1.30pm in the winter months.

Combo Price: Adult $120, Child $110

Single Trip: Adult $75, Child $65

Tongariro White Water - Grade 4

For the lovers of the extreme. Our grade 4 section is damn released and planned releases are but 3 times a year, so be sure to book this trip early as it's very popular and trips book up fast. Trips last around 1 and 1/2 hours. Fun-filled with rapid after rapid, big water and lots of adrenalin. Generally we have a trip in early January, February and September. The dates change every year so call us to find out more.

Add Biking

Tree Trunk Gorge - Grade 3

Takes you through beautiful native bush, across beautiful rivers and streams with fantastic downhill sections. Guides are there to talk you through the different sections, give you tips on how best to tackle the rides on your bike and provide any bike maintenance that may be required. If you don't want a guide we can provide the bikes, a shuttle up and back and maintenance kits. This section ends where our grade 3 rafting section begins so it's perfect for a duo trip if you want to do both.

Tongariro River Trail - Grade 2

Beautiful mild off road biking along the Tongariro river. Great for if you want a nice bike ride that has milder downhill sections than the gorge, mud trail burns to cruise around and gorgeous native. Stop at the trout centre for a bit of an awesome education. Check out when they have the childrens fishing lesson days to tie it all together.

White Water Kayaking - Grade 2

Turangi Paintball can tailor a kayak tour to suit all abilities. From mild to wild, our expert instructors will ensure you enjoy an unforgettable adventure on the beautiful waters of the Tongariro River.

All kayaking adventures use sit-on-top kayaks so no prior experience is necessary.

Stags & Hens

We tailor the games and the day to you. If you are on a stag or hen party we can arrange an adrenalin fueled day with paintball games, run the gauntlet, barbeque lunches or a deli style lunch and white water rafting/mountain biking duo deals.

Corporate Groups

Paintball is perfect for team building, boosting work morale and a great reward for your staff that you can all enjoy together. We can set up team building games, not just with the paintball, but other games in the woods, rafting with competitions games and races or mountain biking to give you a great day out. We can also put together barbeques and deli lunches so you can enjoy fully organised day with every need catered for.

Schools, Youth Groups & Birthday Parties

Most school groups tend to go for the paintball, rafting and mountain biking challenge over the course of a day. This gives you an activity filled day as one of your week's activities. Caving, the grade 2 white water rafting section, abseiling and kayaking are also a popular school group activities. We split the day up into 1 and 1/2 hour biking trip, 1 and 1/2 hour paintball game and 2 to 2 and half hour white water rafting on the grade 3 section.
