Turangi Paintball is part of Tongariro River Rafting Adventure company. Owned by local husband and wife team Garth and Leigh Oakden.

Garth's been offering rafting on central North Island rivers since 1987 and knows these waters like few others.

What you need

All you need are some old trainers and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. We will supply you with masks, overalls, guns and paintballs.

Paintballs use water based paint and will wash out of clothing and hair.

Our equipment is top quality.

The Course

Our course is set up just down the road from the Tongariro River Rafting base. We change the set up depending on group size and abilities to try to give you the most from your gaming experience.

How to Pay

We accept cash, eftbos, visa and mastercard. You can pay in advance over the phone or on the day. We do require card details in order to reserve your place.

Stags, Hens and Special Occasions

Group discounts and package deals are available. We can also tailer the games to special occasions and prepare a barbeque or deli style lunch for you.

We operate a zero tolerance policy for alcohol before or during any of our trips. If you would like drinks brought down for your barbeque after your game that's all good.

Operating Times

We operate 7 days a week. Closed Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day. Call up for more details.
